Doris J. Daniel, a resident of Tallassee, AL expired Wednesday, April 19, 2023. Funeral services will be held Monday, April 24, 2023 at 12:00 noon at Refuge Baptist Church (Tallassee) with Pastor Steve Scarburough, Officiating, with interment in Refuge Churchyard Cemetery. She is survived by her loving husband of 64 years, John Daniel. Children, Jan Savage(Don McCelland), Debbie Fells, Robert (Kelly) Daniel, Sister, Kathryn Bell (Chicago, IL), Grandchildren, JC (Shannon) Atkins, Chad (Heather) Hall, Matthew (Olivia) Fells, Patrick (Lynn) Fells, Lei (Brian) McKee, Nathan and Inna Daniel. Colton Fells, Great grandchildren Garrett Atkins, Alexia and Lillie Hall, Dustin Walker, Paige (Wiley Holman), Austin and Ruby Fells, Zach and Connor McKee, Waylon Holmon. A host of very close nieces and nephews that she adored, not to mention the 100's of Red Hill kids she "adopted " when she drove the church van, and worked VBS. The body will lie in repose at the church from 11:00 am until services time with Lewis - Robusky Mortuary LLC of Prattville directing
